Shipping policy

Preparation and dispatch. We know you are looking forward to receiving your order. Each piece is prepared individually, with time for personalisation, review and consecration rather than being sent out as a ready-made item. For us, this is a devotional act of care: we give attention to the intention you share and do not rush the preparation of something meaningful to you. This time is for thoughtful preparation, not a promise of any particular outcome. Please allow up to 7 days from your order for preparation and dispatch. After dispatch, the estimated transit time for deliveries within India is 5–8 business days. These are separate stages, and actual delivery may vary by location. We will share tracking details once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

Payment options. Yantra cards are ₹1,499 when prepaid. Partial COD is available at ₹1,699: ₹750 paid upfront, with the remaining ₹949 paid on delivery. Raw stone pricing and payment options are shown on each product page.

Packaging. Every order is packed securely to protect against transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Replacement Policy.
