Refund & Replacement Policy
Every Grahasha order is personalised and consecrated exclusively for the individual customer. Because of this, our policy is as follows:
Cancellations. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided personalisation or consecration has not yet begun. Once either limit is reached, the order can no longer be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, it is eligible for a replacement only, not a refund. Please report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with your order number and clear unboxing, package and product photos or video. Every replacement request is subject to verification.
Natural stones. Raw stones are natural, and each one is unique. Variation in shape, size, colour or texture from product images is not considered damage or a defect.
Partial COD orders. The advance paid for a Partial COD order is covered by the same cancellation terms above.
