Refund Policy

A Grahasha Yantra is not a product in the conventional sense. It is a living consecrated instrument — engraved with your name, your birth details, and your specific life intention, then activated through Prana Pratishtha exclusively for you.

Once consecrated, the Yantra carries your energy and your sankalpa. It is bound to you. It cannot be transferred, reused, or repurposed for anyone else. Returning it would serve no purpose — spiritually or practically.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds. This is the nature of what a Yantra is.

Replacement for Damaged Yantras

We do offer a free replacement if your Yantra card arrives physically damaged in transit. To qualify:

  • You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • You must send clear photographs of the damaged Yantra and packaging via WhatsApp
